There are different kinds of baldness medicine out there that can be bought without prescription but there can also be side effects. It is true that it is effective but the known side effect it itchiness in the scalp. This has been observed by men who have used baldness medicine. But still because it is effective a lot of people are willing to tolerate it. Surgeries can also be conducted if the situation is worse or cannot be treated by medicine.
