Best hair loss treatment

I 'm the 3rd in my recurrance of cancer and this time it' s in my head. Losing my hair when I had chemo was no big deal because it grows back, but now I 've said that I should have radiotherapy. That can cause permanent hair loss. I 've heard about a woman who used men' s Rogaine to prevent hair loss when she was in the radiation. Has anyone heard of this?

I know someone in the beginning of the'20s and I have great hair thin at the back of his head. He has seen the real impedicono palmetto hair loss and promote regrowth of hair? What about those of thickening shampoo? ? there other remedies? Really need help
