Best hair loss treatment

My Dr. recently diagnosed my hair is thinner as a loss of hormones after the endometrial ablation. I just started taking Necon 1 / 50 (pills of birth control that contain 1 mg of norenthidrone and magnetocardiogramma 50, mestranol). I was curious as to roughly what the time line for when you stop seeing so much hair from falling.   I regrowth. I also started using women 's and Rogaine taking vitamins for hair, skin and nail for about 2 weeks now. The loss of hair is going on for about 2 months. I have 40 years.
