My Cat seems to be experiencing some hair loss around the opening to her ears? Any ideas why?

My cat 4 years seems quite healthy, but I just noticed that seems to have a little loss of hair around his ears open. It could come from scratch, but I'm not sure. Ideas why this could happen?

    My cat had something called hot spots do you notice her ears alot it might even be that she had something called hot spots ear mights cleaness or maybe her rubbing or very dirty ears so to some crystal.

    every cat iv had has scrached at their ears with or with earmights when they scratch they loose hair
