The Causes of Hair Loss

Hair loss is one problem of people that should not be taken for granted. While you may think that you are not losing any hair, experts will tell you otherwise. Why? There are tons of hair loss causes. So if you do not pay attention, you might not notice that you are losing hair rapidly. In order to know if you are really losing hair, then it would be a good idea to know the hair loss causes.

Hair loss is normal to everyone. We could lose about a hundred strands of hair daily. This is because a hair’s lifespan is only about 4.5 years. Afterwards, the hair would fall out. So if you are not excessively losing hair, then you should conclude that it is only a normal occurrence.

Hair loss could be hereditary. If one of your parents have loss hair or are getting bald, then you might soon be one of them. Baldness though, occurs only on men. Women suffer thinning and hair loss but not as bad as men who goes bald. If you are 30 years old and above, you should really observe your hair because at this point of time, hair loss begins.

Another cause of hair loss would be stress. If you are experiencing excessive emotional or even physical stress, your body will react by shedding some of your hair. But this is not a severe type of hair loss since after a few months; you’ll start regenerating your hair.

Some other causes would be some illnesses, nervous habits, chemotherapy and pregnancy.

Hair loss causes must be known by anyone so that they could observe if they are going to lose much hair or not. This is important for people who need much confidence in their daily activities.
