Best hair loss treatment

& Living in Vietnam, found hard to get good advice vetinary. Recently had a puppy for 3-4 months who has spent lots of time with my dog friends (the same age). My dog has become sick to begin with: infection of the eye, the green gunk & eye, the loss of hair around the eyes, then was lethargic and lost his appetite. At this point I have taken to the animal doctor. After 3 days of injections began at the mouth foam. After the 4 new day period of increasingly common but intermitent foam, I gave the dog to the animal to a doctor for 2 days. After this has caused the dog to be crazy &; is recommended be dropped. Unfortunately, trying to anger wasn 't an option. I 'm not completely convinced that it is anger: she wasn 't working aggressively on the fourth day of foam & was still drinking small amounts of water at work. My dog friends who used to socialize with my dog is now showing similar symptoms with loss of hair around & eye gunk delicate green and lethargy. What to do?

The loss of hair comes from the front, which makes it more embarrassing to hide.
